equirements from candidates:
- A Person who pays the rent on time and Occupied full time .
-who doesn’t have lots of stuff, furniture etc. (the apartment is fully furnished)
- who is clean, non smoking /drinking .
- doesn’t bring people home and respects peace.(occasional friend visits are ok).
- Females, y.o preferably
- To move in deposit (same as the rent )+ first month rent required.
