Near UCLA. Sublease is approved by landlord. Rental rent is negotiable. The apartment is gated and highly secure. Four-person co-living arrangement. Each tenant has their own private studio unit with a secure door lock and private bathroom. The four tenants share a kitchen space and in-unit laundry.
The private studio I’m subleasing is on the second floor, featuring: a balcony, Samsung smart TV, ample storage cabinets, a private refrigerator, a bathroom, a murphy bed that converts into a sofa when folded.
Shared Kitchen features stoves, oven, microwave, dishwasher, shared refrigerator, and plenty of cabinets. Cleaned every week.
The other three tenants are all male, but they are rarely seen even on cooking time. So the feelings are more close to a studio!
Rent covers all utilities and is negotiable.
