Must Love Dogs

Hi, my name is Bill. I am a year old professional,I work as I Project Manager, sometimes I travel during the day to jobsites,but never overnight,I have an in home office and a work office.I have a Month old Female NewFoundland Dog,so you must love dogs and not be allergic.I'm looking for a person who is professional and clean to share my Home in a quite Beautiful Neighborhood with pleanty of privacy.You would have a private bedroom on the first floor,their is a first floor bathroom which I seldom use, your are welcome to share the Kitchen and Liveroom Areas if you wish ,you would have off street parking,There is a Washer and Dryer of the premise if you chose to use them,Gas Grill,Deck and Pool in the good weather that you may share if you wish.
The Monthly rent includes the Heat, Hot Water,Electric and wireless Internet, I don't have Cable TV.
All other expenses like Food etc aren't included.
Hoping to Find someone that is looking to stay a minimum off 6-months.
The person would need to be respectful of my home,also would be required to pay 1st months rent and a security deposit up front.
You would need to bring your own bed, their is a bureau in the room and bookcase if you would like to use them. The Room will be available no later then Feb.th.
