The property is a corner house in Taylor occupied by the owner and his three cats. Rent can be paid monthly at $/month or weekly at $/week. Renter would be renting the square foot basement of the property currently furnished with a twin sized bed and dresser. Amenities include wi-fi, laundry room, separate downstairs bathroom, large kitchen, and a flat screen TV with Netflix in the living room. Pets are welcome but may have to be restricted to the basement if they do not get along with or scare the three resident cats
