There is a $ move in deposit. Utilities and Internet are included in your rent, unless you increase the usage so much, we have to have a conversation. Only one roommate had to be reminded to shut off lights and stop leaving the stove on for hours. I don't foresee any issues.

You will have to vetted; I will run a background check and credit history for you to live here, I need to know who I am letting into my home.
