I’m looking for a roommate to take over my spare bedroom with a full bathroom, kitchen, balcony, and living room, are all common areas, I do have a dog (pug) and a cat, the apartment complex has an indoor/outdoor pool and a hot tub, also a gym. Rent contribution can be negotiated and discussed, electric, WiFi, ect. Included.
