New Roommate & Room for Uptown

I'm looking for a new place and a new roommate once my lease is up! My current roommate is lovely, but our sleeping schedules and how we keep house are incompatible, unfortunately. While I love all sorts of pets, I have a cat, and she will only tolerate other cats. She likes people, but she's pretty shy and keeps to herself mostly. I'd like to stay in uptown (mostly I just want to be able to easily bike/walk to watt coffee cause it's great). Marijuana smoke gives me the worst headache so unfortunately I can't live with someone who smokes. I have a really stable job and I don't leave messes, and I take care of the places I live.
