$400 — per room with $200 security deposit + $10 cable charge
$575 -- with 250 security deposit. if more than one individual sharing both rooms +$15 cable charge

On street parking. Full roam of house Washer and dryer, AC, Heat,
Must supply own food, personal items and laundry products. Each room has a key to lock the door
1st room has a Large closet, full sized bed, dresser and night stand (Amish made) cable,TV and WiFi included.
2nd room has a closet, full bed, 2 dresser, night stand
MUST LIKE DOGS
