I have 1 bedroom open in a 2bedroom 1 bath apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, hardwood floors, and washer, dryer and dishwasher in the unit. The lease runs through the end of June. You'll be sharing the space with a 23 year old male professional, I work quite a bit and travel fairly often for work and pleasure. I'm clean and respectful and ask that you are as well. Pets will be considered on case by case basis, utilities are 60$ a month shared, parking is 25$ or free on the street. Text or is the best way to get a response. I look forward to hearing from you.
