Looking for a FEMALE sublet!
I am subleasing my bedroom at The Domain for the spring semester and summer! This is a four bed, second floor unit and currently only rooms will be in use for the semester (two girls).

Desirable amenities include: large balcony, large bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in closet, big windows, washer/dryer, icemaker, free parking, large gym, pool, sand volleyball court, fire pit, and more! The apartment is on the south side of town but only a minute drive from campus depending on traffic (one of the closest off-campus complexes to campus). The Domain provides a free shuttle to and from campus that runs every minutes and sometimes a bar shuttle in the evenings.

The apartment is fully furnished and in a great location facing the inside of the complex, providing a view of favorable amenities. I have felt nothing but safe living here and have enjoyed the coziness/quietness of this community. The girls that currently live there are very easy to get along with, down-to-earth, and pet-friendly.

My current base rent is $ with the addition of utility fees (these fees fluctuate but have never been over $ extra). I am willing to provide a discount.
