Nursing student looking for a roommate! Cozy bath apartment in south lincoln. Walking distance from Holmes lake, close to a movie theater, lots of restaurants and stores. 5 minute drive from BCHS, minute drive from UNL. Pets not preferred but allowed-I have one cat, shes years old and very sweet to other people but doesn’t get along too well with other pets. $/month plus utilities, you would get the master bedroom with a small (but full) attached private bathroom. Laundry is not in unit unfortunately but the laundry room is in building and takes , so it’s easy access.
Complex has a pool, gym, controlled access entries, and package lockers for security. Apartment is furnished, bedroom is not.
