📐 The room is about feet, on the second floor, with two windows and a small closet with a shelf. It’s currently colored a pale blue-grey, but you are completely free to renovate.
📳 To view the room, you will have to arrange a video call with me after a brief chat addressing any questions or concerns you may have.

🧾 This posting has been refined, as I have been advised to write a binding agreement between me and the individual. -Some considerable changes are*:
❌👨 No male roomates. This includes trans-masculine individuals.
❌🐶 No dogs! Sorry. I do not want an animal that can’t be calmly stowed away safely in a bedroom for potential extended hours without access to a way to relieve itself ((litterbox)). I also don’t want to risk the potential of negative interractions between the individual’s dog and my own. Liabilities.
