Message on 📷 at poetic_linguist. Lower rent by a hundred if without furniture. Move in fee refundable at move out provided no cleaning or repairs needed. Private room with private bath down the hall plus laundry room across the hall, all within steps. Parking space in garage, there is a fridge in garage we can empty for personal use. There are two dogs and a cat in the house, cat stays primarily in my room and downstairs, same with dogs. Large living room upstairs right outside bedroom where I have a small working area but the rest can be used to create lounging area for you. It's my mom and myself and just looking for extra income for us :) Utilities included internet, security, pest control, water, sewer, electric, trash, and gas accounting for price fluctuating during different seasons.
