Room with private bathroom

I’m a -year-old professor of Philosophy and Psychology. I’m laid back and friendly, and I practice Zen to the best of my ability. I get along well with almost anybody. My current hobby is learning Spanish (I’ve currently got hours of comprehensible input under my belt).

I live in a gorgeous townhome that’s just four years old.

The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. There are at least three parks within short walking distance, and the neighbors are friendly.

I finished the basement (which is now my bedroom), making this a -bathroom place. That means every roommate has their own private bathroom (with granite counters, soft-close toilets, bidet, the works).

I have a bedroom + bathroom available at in mid-February. $ covers rent, utilities, super fast wifi, etc.

My two other roommates are Spanish speaking women in their 's. Giau is perfectly bilingual in English and Spanish, and Olga is fluent in Spanish with an intermediate grasp on English. Thus, it would be an added bonus (though not required) if you're Spanish speaking!

No pets, children, or couples please.

Soy un profesor de Filosofía y Psicología de años. Soy relajado y amigable, y practico Zen lo mejor que puedo. Me llevo bien con casi cualquier persona. Mi pasatiempo actual es aprender español (actualmente llevo horas de input comprensible acumuladas).

Vivo en una hermosa casa adosada que tiene solo cuatro años.

El vecindario es precioso y tranquilo. Hay al menos tres parques a poca distancia a pie, y los vecinos son amables.

He terminado el sótano (que ahora es mi dormitorio), lo que convierte esta casa en un lugar de cuatro habitaciones y cinco baños. Eso significa que cada compañero de casa tiene su propio baño privado (con encimeras de granito, inodoros de cierre suave, bidé, todo lo necesario).
