Looking for a young professional to sublet my bedroom in Chicago from January-July. 1/1/16-7/31/16 for $700/month - very reasonable utilities ~$50 for electric, gas and internet. I'd be transferring the lease to you so the legal arrangements would be very safe and to your benefit.

Spacious, sunny bedroom is in a large 3bed/2bath. Fits queen bed and 4 pieces of furniture. Large closet extends beyond width of the door in picture. Room gets really great sunlight. Bedroom not furnished, but the rest of the apartment is! In unit w/d. Street parking is always readily available (no permit needed!), also has a shared garage spot and shares a large backyard with the upstairs unit. No smoking in the unit and sorry, but no pets!

Location: Right on the border of Roscoe Village and Lakeview so close to all that both have to offer! Less than 5 min walk to either Addison or Paulina Brown and less than 5 min to buses 152 and 50 (Addison and Damen). Less than half mile to Whole Foods and Trader Joes. Also close to both Jewel and Mariano's.

Male or female roommate okay, but current roommates (Leah-26) and (Megan-24) are both female - very responsible and nice people! They're easy-going and would like to be on friendly terms with whoever takes my spot in the place! Move-in date is negotiable- could possibly do earlier, but I'd like to get someone in for January.
