You need a room? We need a roommate

We are two girls currently living in a townhouse off of Durston and Cottonwood. It is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath and has a decent size kitchen and living space. Our third roommate is leaving to study abroad next semester and we are looking to have someone move into her spot. It is a decent size bedroom and you would be sharing a very nice bathroom with one other girl. Rent is $420 + Utilities normally ranges around the $465 area. We also have a garage that can be used for storing some stuff. We are looking for a female, preferably either in college or with a reliable job, we are not 420 friendly, and we like to keep our shared space clean. Move in date would be in January. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to have pets of any kind.
