Description

Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to take over a year lease starting at the end of March. My current roommate is moving out of state. The property is a townhome located at the Atwater community in Durham, NC. You'd be inheriting the master bedroom, which is very spacious and has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet.

Rent for a year lease is $-hundred and fifty + shared utilities.

You'd be sharing the downstair commons and kitchen with me and my two cats (both very sweet and friendly). I try to keep a clean, respectful, and courteous living space and would appreciate a roommate who does as well. Non-smoking and pet-friendly is a must. Sadly, no more pets can be added to the lease.
