Looking for roommate

Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to move in with in February or sooner. We are currently in the process of looking at houses and touring them. Our ideal price range is below $ total. We each have dogs. We both like a clean house and clean daily. Our ages are , both women. We are trying to find a house to rent in the Franklin area or within minutes of that. I am in college, and my roommate is a interior designer.
