Private room + private bath available in a and a half bath townhome near downtown Louisville! Only one mile to the Highlands, Nulu, and the new soccer stadium, and two miles to the hospitals and downtown! Off street parking in the back, and plenty of street parking for friends. This bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished. One occupant only and no pets! The bathroom is attached to the bedroom. I currently have the common areas furnished with limited room for more furniture. There is an unfinished basement with some room for storage. i have a home gym in the basement (free for you to use) that takes up much of the space.

I am listing this room for rent as I will be traveling out of town for much of and would like to find a roommate to assist with maintenance activities at the property, which is why the rent is so greatly reduced (normal market rent is fifteen hundred/month). You will have this space to yourself over fifty percent of the year. I can provide more details on the maintenance activities upon request.

What i expect in a roommate: someone who is clean, keeps common areas clean and uncluttered, responsive to maintenance activities, communicates clearly, friendly around the house, has a job, is looking to stick around for a year or more, and is trustworthy.
