Large backyard on a quiet street. The house is fully furnished, and there is a new queen-sized bed, desk, and chair in this bedroom, as well as two large closets. The bed was new at the start of the first semester of —plenty of additional storage space. One bathroom over a newly finished basement. Parking is available on the street with a parking pass from the City of Bloomington ($ per year), and parking is free on weekends. Two female roommates will continue to live here, both seniors. Utilities are split amongst the roommates and run between $ monthly.
