Lovely double room in Tulse Hill

Hi! I am looking for an easy going person to rent a room in my flat, ideally someone who loves art, music, film and enjoys good food. I have a lovely cat Pepa Pepper. I am a film restorer and media freelance. I'm a smoker, so smokers are welcome or people that they don't mind us.
No couples, sorry.

It's the 2nd floor of a Victorian house in Tulse Hill. There are 2 double rooms, living room, bathroom and separate WC, and kitchen. Good transport links to central London (rail station 5 min walk, 15 minutes to London Bridge, 30 to Kings Cross and 8 min to Peckham Rye with links to the overground) and 10 minutes by bus to Brixton (Victoria Line).
