Three hundred acre property ideal for remote workers between the idyllic towns of Burnsville and Spruce Pine. Easy access to the 4 lane about half a mile away. Room has a queen bed and a private bathroom. Lots of natural light. Access to living room, kitchen, porches, deck, yard, fish pond, trails, and a garden spot. Rent includes utilities. 3 month minimum starting January and then month to month. Pets would be difficult with the number of animals already here. Non-smoking house. Partial discount for help with existing animals. Move-in fee is refundable less damages.
