Seeking a Housemate!

Hi there! My name is Linda, and I’m a -year-old professional working weekdays. I’m looking for a housemate to share a cozy -bedroom, 2-bathroom house (each of us having our own bathroom) starting early March- can discuss move in time.

Rent:
• $ total:
• $ each for one bedroom, with the third bedroom used as common space, or
• $ if you’d like two bedrooms.

Utilities: Water and electric are shared; WiFi is included.

• Fenced-in concrete backyard
• Full-sized washer and dryer on the second floor
• Dishwasher
• Central air

Location: West Poplar—a quiet and safe neighborhood within walking distance of Chinatown, and close to Fishtown and Center City. Fair street parking is available.

Nearby Amenities: min walk to Giant and min to Trader Joe’s. 2 min walk to Union Transfer, Target and PNC bank min walk.

About Me:
I’m a dental hygienist who enjoys biking, spending time with friends, watching reality TV, traveling, and exploring new restaurants and activities. I’m clean, considerate, and have an early work schedule, so I’d prefer a housemate with a similar routine. I don’t smoke or have pets, but occasionally my sister visits with her Shiba Inu, so I’d prefer someone who isn’t allergic to dogs.

I’m LGBTQ+ friendly and value mutual respect. While I enjoy a friendly dynamic with a housemate, I believe in open and direct communication to maintain a peaceful living environment.
