Grindstone /bed per mo

Description

I have a bath sublease at Grindstone Canyon in a bath floorplan. Bathrooms are separate, private rooms are lockable. Internet and trash is included, as well as washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, and microwave included. They have all of their amenities listed on their , like pool, trash, fitness and business centers, etc.

Lease starts August and runs to July . Rent is /bed per month and does not include all utilities (they have internet and trash covered). Their rent also scales up the closer to the lease start date, so I imagine this rent amount is significantly cheaper than what they are currently offering.

I have two leases like this, so let me know if you need one bed ( + utilities/month) or if you would like both for yourself and a friend (rent is split between roommates but the total is + utilities/month)!
