Private room and bathroom for rent

Description

Gated community in Greenacres. Rent covers Internet and use of the appliances such as fridge, stove, microwave oven, etc. The room will not be furnished with that bed, but a chest of drawers is in the room. Pet with owner permission, but there is a pet fee. I will also be living in the house. Also, there is one adult female living downstairs in the bedroom. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. No one has to share a bathroom or bedrooms.
