Quiet room for rent

Hi my name is Brady I'm looking for a roommate to rent a room in my house. You would be responsible to pay half the rent which is $ plus half the utilities (electric, water, trash and internet) You would have full access to the home. Your own private bedroom, your own bathroom, ample parking, washer/dryer, internet, and other amenities I can think of rn lol. I have two cats and I get my son on the weekends usually so if you're interested, send me a message. Maybe we can grab lunch to see if we vibe and would be a good fit.
