New house share in the country

Description

Sip your coffee on the backyard porch enjoying the tree forest view. Have the feel & privacy living in a small town. You are welcome to garden in the large yard. Both bedrooms are yours and the hallway bathroom would be dedicated for your use only. One bedroom is furnished. The second bedroom is not. The bedrooms are in the front of the house near the front door. You would have some privacy since there is a hallway to the common areas and the master bedroom is at the back of the house. Shared common areas are the kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry room with new front end loading washing machine and dryer. I have 2 friendly and social standard poodles that are hypoallergenic. You must love dogs or don't mind they will greet you and want to play.

The utility is split in half is about $/month. This covers water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric, ATT high speed internet /WIFI and lawn mowing.

House is ~ minutes to golf clubs: High Meadow Ranch & Lake Windcrest. 8 mins to HEB & Brookshire Bros grocery, 3 minutes to UPS, Walgreens, & small hometown restaurants.
