Would like to rent to middle aged lady like myself or semi retired lady with stable income. You would share the bathroom with one other lady. Home and neighborhood are both quiet and safe. No smoking in house but you’re welcome to smoke outside. There is no drama or drugs here. Not accepting pets. There is a security deposit equal to one months rent. A background check is required.
