I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment for the remainder of the lease through 8/31/16. Riverlodge is an amazing apartment complex to live in, and it is centrally located for entertainment, shopping, schools, restaurants, and more. They are a pet friendly community with two gated entrances, the staff is very prompt and extremely friendly, it is a quiet and peaceful environment to live in, and it has a great view of the hill country. They allow dogs and cats, and they do not have a weight limit.
My apartment is located on the first floor, directly across from the mailboxes, right inside the main gate, and directly behind the pool. The interior is hard wood flooring everywhere except the bedroom. It is a very spacious layout with lots of natural light and plenty of space for furniture. The living room has a built in shelving unit. The bedroom has a large walk in closet, and a private door into the bathroom; which is in addition to the door leading in from the living area. The kitchen comes equipped with washer and dryer hookups, and has plenty of counter space and cabinet storage. Below is a link to a virtual tour of the complex.
