Room for rent

Description

I will have a furnished room available for rent plus utilities. Furnished with a king size bed, tv, tv stand, night stand and a small dresser. If you prefer your own furniture, that can be arranged.

I currently have 2 small dogs that are great with other dogs. I am open to another small dog if you have one.

You will have your own bathroom though it is the main bathroom for the house if there are guests.

Common areas: Living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room/pantry, fenced backyard.

I’m OK with smoking but it will have to be outside as I am a non smoker.

The house is near Belvedere Park in Decatur. Less than min from downtown Decatur and min to East Atlanta Village. Close to downtown. Close to all major highways.

Move in fee fifty dollars is for background check required per person. Deposit one month’s rent and is refundable at the end of your lease. Pet deposit is fifty dollars per pet, but no pet rent.
