Room with Private Bathroom

I have a room for rent with a private bathroom and closet. The bathroom is inside the room with private doors. There is a one-time $ deposit that is fully refundable. The lease is a month-to-month, meaning there is No Contract.

The subdivision is Cresswell, in a lovely Duluth / Suwanee/John’s Creek area. This is a relatively new subdivision located between Duluth, less than minutes from Suwannee and John’s Creek, with a pool in the subdivision. It is a bedroom home with private bathrooms, but I plan to rent only two rooms. The room is ONLY for one individual. Sorry, No Pets. The room has been freshly painted.

Currently, a female is renting one of the rooms, and my girlfriend and I live in one of the rooms.

The room has a “ TV, a queen-size Mattress with headboard sets, an office chair, and a table. It also has a private bathroom sink, mirror, tub, and faucets. The room is newly painted.

All utilities are included. In addition, the house has ADT security and other Video Security Features. A washer, dryer, and the common areas are shared.
