Courteous and respectful roommate needed to occupy the lower level of our single family home. Available 1/1/16.

A bit about the lower level:
The lower level has it's own bathroom, side entrance and refrigerator. The living room area spans almost the entire length of the home. The previous tenant utilized the living area as a studio.

About the roommates:
The second level of the home is occupied by a professional couple and their 6 mo. old daughter. The main floor is occupied by a medical student and a graduate student.

The home is furnished with the following:
- Living room - couch and tv (direct tv available)
- Dining room - dining room table with chairs
- Kitchen - breakfast bar chairs
- Laundry room - washer, dryer, folding counter
- Deck - patio furniture
- The utilities which include, water, electricity, heat, internet, direct tv (optional) are divided up by all members of the house (4).

Common Areas:
Include the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, deck. These are to remain clean at all times.

Parking:
There is permit parking available on the street of the home. The adjacent streets (Belmont Ave. and School St.) provide public parking.

Storage:
There is a garage that is used solely for storage.

Application Process:
- There is an application fee ($50) to do a credit and background check that the applicant will be responsible for .
- Provide introductions with the other roommates of the home.
