Hello, I am looking for two people (or one person who wants both rooms) to take over my lease. Move in would be December or January. Remaining roommate has one cat who is shy, but sweet. Women/ femme, nonbinary and trans males preferred! The rooms are a good size, especially for the New Haven area with bigger closets and fits queen sized beds. Tenant pays for electric, gas and internet. No laundry on unfortunately. Free street parking and I typically have no issue getting a park near the entrance. Nice sized patio and yard space. Living areas are large and there’s an eat in kitchen! Move in fee listed is the month security deposit amount. Management will do a background check, credit check
