The Summit at Coates Run

Description

This is a lease takeover for a room at the Summit near Ohio University. I currently have a room in a 4 bedroom apartment with 3 other graduate students. The rent is discounted because our program runs a special deal with the complex. It will be available on the 15th of December, but you will not pay rent until January. I have also paid for parking and bus pass for the entire lease ($150)
