We are looking for one compatible roommate in a great 3-bedroom flat
located in the heart of the Mission with magical gardens. The room
will be available on Nov. 1st or sooner.

THE DETAILS:

The room is roughly ' and has closet. Rent is $ per month,
it includes internet (with Comcast) and monthly cleaning service.

Also, utilities ARE INCLUDED. (Water. Trash. Gas. Electric.)

The Yard
We share this magical garden with our upstairs neighbors (which are
great). It's a good size with lots of trees and shade. It's great for
throwing BBQ.

The Location
Be the envy of all your friends as you stroll about half a block
to th and Valencia restaurants and bars. It's secluded enough that it
is really quiet for the neighborhood. A couple of blocks from BART and
tons of public transportation and not hard to park if you have a car.

Also (addendum)
There is one bathroom. It is a split bathroom (toilet and shower in
separate rooms, which helps). There is a coin-op washer and dryer on
the premises.

About us:
One is years old. Born in Mexico. Computer programmer, who is
currently on disability. He keeps himself busy.
The other is year old male, native Californian, production coordinator for a local framing company. Out of the house hours a day, 5 days a week

About You
First and foremost, you are responsible. You pay your rent on time,
every time. You communicate. You pick up after yourself. You try to be
considerate. the only rule that we have is that you be vaccinated.
Other than that we are good.
