I'm 18, Tampa raised, but currently a freshman at Valencia College in Orlando. I will be moving to Gainesville in fall of 2016 to attend Santa Fe until I can get my associates to transfer to UF. I'm going to be living at Woodlands of Gainesville in a 4/4 with my older sister, Sasha who is 23 and also attends Santa Fe and works as a vet tech, and my friend from high school, Bridgette, who is the same age as me and currently goes to UF! We are looking for a fourth roommate.We are all pretty chill, friendly, and cleanly. We are also very outgoing and value friendship. We do like to party but school always comes first. The rent at Woodlands is currently going for $495 (including furnished living room and bedrooms, cable/wifi) and budget for $50 for utilities so about $545 in total.
