Ideal roommates would be UMSL student(s) who is neat, clean and respectful.

Rent is $400.00 per room monthly. Which includes utilities (electric, water, sewer, trash, and wifi internet). A $200.00 deposit and first month’s rent is due upfront.

I am a single dad (children are grown and moved out), mid 50’s, work 40 hours per week most of the year and I am neat, clean, and respectful. I have a home to self with extra space to share and I am looking for a second income.
