We have one room for rent in our Cypress home (Fairfield subdivision). You will have your own bathroom and shower, access to the living room, kitchen, garage, and backyard. There is already a queen size bed in the room and plenty of closet space. We do have a toddler in the house, along with 2 dogs so if that is an issue, then please don't reply. Rent would be 550 a month and that includes all utilities. We currently have direct TV, high speed internet, and Netflix which you will have full access to. Looking for someone 20-30 years old, male or female as long as you can deal with a child and dog. If you decide to bring a dog (no cats, fiance is allergic), we need a $100 deposit. Must have a stable job as well. You can view the room and house with move in right after if it fits all of us. Please text three four four since I can not answer to set up a meeting. Thanks
