Seeking TWO roommates for 2016

Rent includes ALL utilities. Extra fee if you have pet(s), interested in using washer/dryer or want to park in driveway. Home is on corner lot so there is plenty of parking space on the side street. I have two rooms available with big closet space. One room is completely furnished while the other is empty, each room has a window.

Located on the west side of Fort Worth. This residence is in a great location with numerous restaurants and fast food locations nearby, Ridgmar Mall, post office, movie theaters, track (within walking distance), parks and more.

I'm very easy to get along with, though I do have high expectations. Mainly I'd like to find someone who is fairly clean. Someone who will keep common areas clean (kitchen and bathroom specifically). Someone who does not have a lot of people over. Respectful and considerate. Someone with tough skin, not sensitive! Most importantly, someone with self-worth, who is looking to advance their life in some way - not just going through the motions day to day.
