roommate wanted

Description

I'm Deborah and I have a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment located off of Cliffdale near Reilly road. I have 1 roommate and an empty bedroom. So we are looking for a 3rd roommate.

The living areas are furnished, 1400 square feet total, and we are on the 3rd floor. The apartment has a balcony, fireplace, hardwood floors in the kitchen, flat top stove, wifi, and a nice washer and dryer. The complex has an indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center. We have no pets and this is a safe community.

The all inclusive rent will be $370 due the 1st of the month and application fee is $35. Please me at if you are interested.
