General Stuff:
Townhouse/apartment is located in great location downtown at the intersection of Capitol Blvd and Wade Ave. You can literally be anywhere in Raleigh/neighboring cities in 20 minutes regardless the time of day(why I live here). A 30 second drive from 5 Points, 2 minute drive from Cameron Village and 1 minute drive from Glenwood South.

The townhouse is a 2 story, 2 bedroom 2.5 bath (you have your own private bathroom) and newly remodeled last year. I remodeled it myself and is easily a $1800-2000 a month place.

Hardwoods through out, washer dryer, dishwasher, nice sized closets, wall mounted big screen TV, designated parking and the trash is relatively close.

There is a small private back patio that is one of my favorite places to hang out. The back patio has a small garden that I plant yearly with flowers and you have access to my newly purchased propane grill.

The complex also has a private pool with sunbathing areas for the summer.

I'm looking for a roommate in their late twenties early thirties. I would prefer a female roommate because all the past roommates have been, but willing to have a clean drama free male as one.

I can provide contact information for my previous roommate that recently moved to to Colorado for her job if there is any cause for concern.
