The flat is located in a quiet estate in a very “green” neighborhood, right next to Blackheath golf club and Eltham Bird Sanctuary.

The flat is fitted with a large living room, 2 double rooms and 1 single room. The flat is very spacious and neat. The single room is used for storage and also as a guestroom so you can eventually have it as well when your family/friends are visiting for the weekend which is a bonus.
