Room available mid September

One room in a three bedroom is available. I’m years old male named Patrick. Seeking someone to fill the third room in my home. The other renter who you’d share a bathroom with is a lil year old woman who rarely leaves her room. Very peaceful home I rarely have guests. Currently throwing concerts in the Sonoma county area, there’s a washer and dryer in garages, a secondary fridge and freezer in the same garage. You may park outside of the garages as there are two spots and neither I nor our other roomate drive. We are close to several stores, gas stations, and other restaurants and convenient spots like a pho/doughnut shop. I’m hoping to find someone who actually cleans up after themselves as I’m tired of being the only one who sweeps mops and dusts. It’s a big house so keeping up with all the chores gets tough when I’m the only one doing it. I have tons of kitchen stuff and tend to prepare big meals, especially for the holidays, I enjoy being a chef and am willing to cook and meal prep with the right person too. I tend to make my own pizza when I have the energy. I also have plenty of space in the back yard if you into gardening, needs a lil love back there and the front yard deff needs work. Gophers tore apart the front yard and the guy who used to do maintenance never fixed the issue (probably part of why they got rid of him) I’m deff down to start working on the front yard once the weather cools down. Anyways I can’t recieve or view so just gimme a call or at my name again is Patrick and my is also
I also should mention I have a cat who gets along with small dogs but I’d prefer no pets as he’s temperamental cus he was attacked when he was little by another cat. So idk how to get him interested in being cool with other cats.
