Lease Takeover (near CSUS)

Description

Lease takeover for my room from the 20th December until the 19th June, afterwards the contract can be taken over and extended for a further year. The room is in a 4 bed & 4 bathroom apartment. It is the biggest room, has a short own hallway and also a quite big private bathroom. Internet, cable for tv and water are included in the rent. Across the street is a target and wing stop, a sushi restaurant and Starbucks are 100 feet away from the door. The CSUS campus is only 1 mile away and the Elements offers a free bus shuttle that drives there every 30 minutes.

Amenities: The Elements offers a really nice pool area with a yacuzi, a gym, a basketball and volleyball court and a recroom with pool, tv's etc.
