Roommate Needed - Females Only

Looking for a roommate, females only, to share a townhome in Lion's Gate. Rent is $550 a month not including utilities (internet and electricity). You would have your own room and bathroom on the first floor. There is a small porch area and a shared area with a kitchen, laundry room with a washer and dryer, and living room. The room is not furnished. No smoking inside. There is assigned parking, but you would have your own space. It's a great area within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. It's two miles to the beach, two mile to Mayfaire, miles from campus and a $6 uber most nights to beach bars. There is a pool in the neighborhood and trash and recycling are on . The place is owned by family so the lease is month to month and you just have to give me 60 days notice upon moving out. Please send me any questions by text.

I do have a dog, a small 18 pound mutt, so any pets must be approved of by him.
