I am a 26 year old student finishing up medical school looking to fill a bedroom in a new one year old apartment Jan 1st. My current roommate is leaving to move in somewhere with his girlfriend.
The rent will be $1,340.
It is a great neighborhood, the best parts of DC are in your backyard. Meridian park, 14th street and U, 11th street brunch alley, admo, rock creek park ect.
The apartment is on the second floor. brand new kitchen, washer dryer. It has a common room with a central baywindow and two giant verticle windows bilaterally. Of course wood floorings.
Your bedroom will over look the beautiful landscape along 13th street. It is a large room large with a large closet and large window.
I am busy and will stay out of your way, but am easy going.
I want no passive aggression.
I am looking for someone to move in who does not have pets.
I am looking for a 6 month to 1 year commitment.

Again move in would be Jan1st.
