Hi, I am looking for a roommate to share my home (1 room for rent). The home is a 1900sqft new built duplex in innercity Killarney SW, 3 beds up and 1 down, 3.5 baths, fully furnished up and down (room can be furnished or not). Home is in a quiet neighbourhood with a park across the street. I live by myself, and have 2 labs (only 50% of the time) - so must like dogs! (however I'm not interested in having more pets in the house)

I am a quiet, clean, non smoking professional engineer. I keep the house very clean, and looking for someone who would do the same and not looking for parties. You will have shared access to the common areas, and your own bathroom and bedroom (some storage available, and lots of parking on the street). Quick access to the train, and downtown
