Hi My name is Ms. Carrier I am a Property Manager I have an extra room fully furnish all you have to bring is your clothes, laptop and tooth brush. What I am looking for someone who is trying to save money to found their own place or just move into town but haven't found a place yet. I am looking for some one who is looking to stay at least 3 months minimum if we get along it will be month to month afterwards. I will do background check which is $25.00 I wont be checking for rental history and bankruptcy but I will look for criminal and whether you are currently employed. There will be a security deposit of $450.00 along with the first month rent of 975.00 utilities & WiFi are included. You will have access to my treadmill and you can use my parking space which is a bonus.

You: I am looking for someone who is working professionals, have a busy lifestyle, very clean, mature, responsible, reliable, and very dependable...no baggage or drama. I am only looking to rent to one person male or female. If your a homebody this is NOT the place for you.
