Private Room & Bath in Midtown

I am looking for a female to take over my half of a 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment in Midtown. The apartment is in a great location situated above restaurants and a Starbucks. Safeway is only a couple of blocks away. The room available has a walk-in closet and a full bathroom detached by a small hallway (my roommate has her own bathroom attached to her bedroom). The apartment has a good-sized living room, a lot of storage space, central heat and air, a balcony, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Also, the layout of the apartment allows for a lot of privacy and the unit is not facing the street, so it is very nice and quiet. The apartment complex is controlled access and has a small gym. The building is pet friendly (I believe they allow dogs up to 25 lbs). Parking is available for an extra fee (uncovered and covered options).

My roommate is a 22-year-old female who is a recent UC Davis graduate and now works full-time at a hospital. She would ideally like to live with a female roommate around her age. She would like to live with only one other person (sorry no couples). She is a great roommate and a very sweet, laid back girl.

Rent for my side of the apartment is $930. Our current lease is through August 2016. I am ideally looking for someone able to move in as soon as possible, but may be flexible.
