I am an optometry student I will be moving out of our current two bedroom apartment to leave for my Summer 2016 externship, and my room will be available to rent from May through August 20th. The apartment complex is called Arium City Lake, and is located just off of SW 610 between Buffalo Speedway and Kirby. Rent is about $980 a month plus utilities, and you will have a lovely 4th year roommate. Our third floor apartment offers a large open floor plan. You will have your own room, walk-in closet, and bathroom (all very spacious). The room will not be furnished. We have a lovely balcony view of our pool area that comes equipped with cabanas, grilling areas, and wifi access. You will also have a pretty view of the small lake next to the complex from your bedroom window. There is assigned garage parking with access to each floor (by stairway or elevator which is safe and convenient!).
